I have tried 30 weight and 10 weight in ratios from 4:1 to 1:1 oil and kerosene. I'm using a spray mister to apply the cutting solution.

Sep 27, 2012 Absolutely will not touch the stuff when cutting aluminum. I ALWAYS use oil based. Cimcool Cimperial 1060 is really good stuff. It can get a bit rank and nasty though if you don't manage it right. Been using Ruslick WS-5050 for a while now. Seems really nice, easy to use, and its not as nasty, and more forgiving than Cimcool.
